Add-on bundles stop being consumed when the monthly subscription balance is replenished. Incoming message management uses very little AI balance, but requires active balance.

How licenses, included balances and add-on bundles work.

Are prices per user?

Yes. The published price is per license per month. Each plan has a license minimum.

What if my practice needs special configuration?

We review it in the demo. The plan base is public, but configuration, migration, onboarding or integrations may need a specific review.

Are Claimy and video calls available in every plan?

Yes. The difference is the balance included in the subscription. Essence uses add-on bundles; Nexus includes 5 video calls and 1 AI credit per license/month; Quantum includes 10 video calls and 2 AI credits per license/month.

Are AI and video-call balances individual?

No. Included balances are shared across the whole team, so the practice can use them according to the real needs of each month.

How do add-on bundles work?

Every plan can buy add-on bundles. Bundles are only consumed after the included subscription balance runs out, and they stop being consumed once the monthly plan balance is replenished.

Is implementation included?

Every new subscription includes a 5-day trial. Assisted implementation is an optional paid service: we send a questionnaire, estimate the required time and usually leave your practice operational within 24-48 hours after the setup call. Implementation time is not deducted from your trial period.
