Refer a Friend: recommend 360Claims and earn credits on your subscription

Practices that have been using 360Claims for a while know its value well. Now they can share that experience with colleagues in the sector and get a tangible benefit in return: the new **Refer a Friend** programme.

How it works

Inside **My Company > My Account > My Referrals** you will find your personal referral code and a ready-to-share invitation link. The process is straightforward:

• You share the link or code with the practice you want to recommend 360Claims to.
• The new team registers using your code.
• The new practice receives a **10% discount for its first 6 months**.
• While the new practice remains subscribed, you receive a monthly **credit equal to 10% of its subscription amount**.

From the same page you can check the status of each invitation sent, see which referrals have activated their account, and track your accumulated credit balance.

Tiered pricing: more licenses, lower unit price

This same version introduces an improvement to the 360Claims pricing structure. Subscriptions now operate with a **tiered pricing model**: as the number of active licenses crosses certain thresholds, the unit cost per license decreases.

The subscription screen now shows a clear breakdown of which tier the team is on and what unit price applies to each block of licenses.

Protected-price credits

For teams that have been working under previous terms, the platform introduces the concept of **protected pricing**: when migrating to the new tiered scheme would mean paying more than before, automatic credits are generated to cover the difference. The goal is to ensure no current team is worse off as a result of the model change.
